Chocolate Week Series- Instalment 5- Dreamy Ecuadorian Hot Chocolate

Today we are sharing a delicious recipe for Ecuadorian Hot Chocolate, perfect for the changing seasons… try it out and let us know how it was!

  • 1 pot double cream / 600 ml milk
  • Or for the healthier version 800ml of milk
  • 100g Ecuadorian Chocolate
  • 1 piece of cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt

Pour everything into a pan and bring to boil. Whisk until everything is dissolved and the hot chocolate is silky and smooth.

For an extra kick- add an unseeded chilli!

Pour into mugs, sip and indulge!
